The following is the reservation police for the group room rates at the Marriott Hotel.
Reservations for this event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Marriott Reservations department at 1-800-228-9290 or 972-661-2800. In order to receive the discount group rate, please advise your guest to ask for the Sunset Reunion at the Dallas/Addison Marriott by the Galleria when making sleeping room reservations.
Reservations must be made on or before Saturday, September, 27, 2008 ("the cutoff date"). At the cutoff date, the hotel will review the number of rooms reserved for the event and release any unused rooms for general sale. Reservations requested after the "cutoff date" may be accommodated only at the hotels discretion.
