Dana Joyce DeLong, 56, died Dec. 30, 2007, in a Weatherford hospital.

Service was 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at First Christian Church. Burial followed in Woodland Park Cemetery.

She was born April 9, 1951, in Dallas, the daughter of Billy Ray and Dorris Bevens Burks. She married Morris DeLong Sr. on Feb. 4, 1985, in Graham, Texas.

She is survived by her husband, Morris DeLong Sr. of Mineral Wells, daughter/granddaughter, Kiana Davis of Mineral Wells; daughter, Angelia Porter and fiancŽ, Bryan Brindley, of Weatherford; sons and daughters-in-law, Morris Lee Jr. and Sherrie DeLong of Fredericksburg, Texas, and Christopher Allen and Anna DeLong of Red River, N.M.; grandchildren, Sean Paul and Erin Rae-Lynn Porter, Mason Lee, Mac, Elias James, Taylor Mae, and Zia Lee DeLong; sister and brother-in-law, Toni and Chuck Welch; brother, Stacy Burks; numerous nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Mildred DeLong; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by Contina Rae Davis.
