Fondest / Worst memories:    Fondest...All  of them.    Worst...I'd just as soon forget it.

What you've learned since graduation:    I'm not bullet proof (2 back surgeries but alive and well) and TAXES SUCK! The older I get the wiser I get...contrary to what my daughters think.

What you've been doing since graduation:    Graduated from North Texas State University (NTSU) with degrees in Chemistry and Biology. Got married in 1973. Two great daughters - Angela and Rachel (entering Texas A&M in the fall) and one worthless dog! I bounced around the oil patch for several years, managing to stay gainfully employed as an environmental specialist during the price downturn of the mid 80's. with stops in Oklahoma City, Corpus Christi and Midland. Shell transferred me to Houston (YUK!) in 89 and changed my MO from exploration and production to refining and chemicals. I travel a lot, mainly to Washington, DC...(what a ZOO!) and began telecommuting in 98. I built a house on Lake Conroe back in 2002 to get out of Houston. I only go to Houston when I absolutely have to...about one day per month. The rest of the time I'm at home or in a DAMNED airplane. I now manage the air pollution group at Shell with about 40 employees strung out between Puget Sound and Puerto Rico. Shells other little "title" for me is SME...Subject Matter Expert...for all air pollution issues (and we've got plenty!). When I have time (and there's not nearly enough),  I paint...mainly oils and pastels and I have actually managed to sell a few here and there. I also fish and hunt and build miniatures of old sailing ships. I am planning to move to Rockport, TX this fall when I become an empty nester (great fishing and an artist's heaven on earth). With the notable exception of  having to watch my body slowly and painfully fall apart with each advancing year, life is good and getting better every day.
